Refund and
cancellation policy

Our management and coaching team highly values the time dedicated by both our clients and trainers to workouts, and we place great importance on this resource. Therefore, our policy allows clients to cancel a training session free of charge at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If a session is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the trainer has the right to consider it as completed and deduct it from the client's remaining sessions in their package or from a single session, if applicable. Additionally, if the client arrives more than half an hour late, the trainer may also consider the session as completed.

Our training packages have specific validity periods: 3 months for a 12-session package and 2 months for a 6-session package, starting from the date of the first conducted training session. Trainers may extend the validity of packages at their discretion, especially if they are informed in advance by the client or in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Given that our packages are offered at a substantial discount, refunds for purchased packages are not available. Packages are intended for use by a specific individual and do not allow for shared use or use at a different address than the one specified at the time of purchase.

In instances where additional discounts are applied, such as when purchasing multiple packages and training sessions at the same time and location, gifts specified in the price list are not provided. Clients may only receive a refund for a trial session that has been conducted if they notify the trainer during or immediately after the session that they were dissatisfied with it.
